Visiting our website, completing an online form, sending an email or message, following Z Immigration on social media, receiving general information, or otherwise communicating with us does not automatically establish a consultant-client relationship.
A professional relationship is established only when Z Immigration agrees to accept a matter and the applicable consultation or retainer requirements have been satisfied.
Z Immigration may decline an inquiry or professional engagement where appropriate.
Where a consultation is booked, the nature and scope of the consultation may be subject to separate booking terms, payment requirements, or consultation conditions.

Only services expressly included in the applicable professional agreement are included in the engagement.

A client should immediately notify Z Immigration if they identify an error, omission, inconsistency, or material change.
Z Immigration does not guarantee:
Immigration and citizenship decisions are made by the relevant governmental, administrative, judicial, or other competent authorities.
